DIRECTOR & CEO- 

Tara Gehler

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in counseling, clinical supervision, and program leadership. Specialized in Wraparound services, family systems, and integrative therapeutic modalities. Tara has a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop training curricula, and support professional growth in clinical staff. She is committed to promoting client independence, mental wellness, and systemic collaboration.

Tara has served in many roles within Wraparound service design and implementation including:

• Oversight of daily operations for 50+ staff.

• Led interagency collaboration with courts, behavioral health, and child welfare entities.

• Provided facilitation, supervision, and training for Wraparound programs serving 350+ families.

• Designed and facilitated a two-week intensive Wraparound training for new staff and ongoing training to improve Wraparound fidelity. 

• Presenter at the National Wraparound Institue annual conference. 

COACHES

Sara Weber

A compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong background in providing trauma-informed, strength-based care across community, educational, and clinical settings. 

Over a decade of involvement in Wraparound services, including direct care, training, coaching, and program development, ensuring high fidelity to Wraparound principles. 

Proven success in coordinating care for at-risk youth and families, facilitating IEP-based school therapy, and delivering individual and group treatment for complex mental health needs including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. 

Skilled in interdisciplinary collaboration, case management, and training of clinical and paraprofessional staff to improve outcomes and maintain cultural responsiveness
